When I queried them about the amount I supposedly pay, as I keep a meticulous record of my direct debits, they abruptly hung up. Definitely sounds like a scam to me!

The person on the other end insisted that I'd been shelling out over £19 each month for the past three years for this coverage. Naturally, I expressed my disbelief, as I keep a close eye on my online banking transactions every single day. After I questioned her claims, she abruptly hung up! How absurd!
