I actually ended up paying to make my PPI claim and honestly, how daft was I? I’m stuck with a 495 quid debt and got absolutely zilch in return. The moment they got the cash, they just hung up on me. Proper rip-off!

So, this 'loan company' called me and asked for the first payment upfront. Then when I tried sorting things out with their accounts team, they suddenly wanted another £200 before they'd release any cash. Bit dodgy if you ask me.
