Some bloke named Owen phoned me the other day, using my first name and saying I might be entitled to a refund. He said he was from ECD Legal and tried to get me to share some details, but I didn’t fall for it. I reckon it could be risky if they tried that on someone more vulnerable.

nobody was answering the phone, tried calling but there was complete silence.

I gave it a try to call them back from my home phone, just to be sure it wouldn’t register on their system, but the number apparently wasn’t recognised.

I have to work night shifts and these calls keep disturbing my sleep. I can't just turn my phone off because my mum's really unwell. Blocking their number doesn't do anything since they just call me from another one. It's so frustrating!

Got a call from this number and it turned out to be one of those sales pitches pushing you to switch your phone provider. Honestly, could be anyone on the other end, and probably gonna end up costing you more than they initially claim!
