I’ve been inundated with calls from this so-called “company” that claims to be following up on work supposedly neglected by the councils. It’s quite remarkable, really, considering I’m in privately rented accommodation! The caller seemed determined to convince me I was being dishonest about it all, insisting that there was indeed work that needed addressing. It’s infuriating! I've blocked this lot more times than I can count, yet they persist in ringing me from various numbers. What’s more, when I finally answer, there’s a noticeable pause of a couple of seconds before they hang up. Quite the nuisance!
