We’ve received numerous calls from this number today, each time leaving us with an ominous message claiming to be from HMRC.

Got a call from someone saying they were from HMRC, warned me about some dodgy claim with my name on it and told me to hit 1 for more info. Seemed fishy to me.

This number rang me, but as soon as I answered, the call was dropped. I tried ringing them straight back, but it told me the number doesn’t exist.

Got another ring today, but this time there was actually someone there. The bloke claimed he was part of some call blocking company and said he was going to stop all those annoying telemarketers and update my call blocking settings. Felt a bit dodgy if you ask me.
