I received a rather unwelcome call from a gentleman who had quite a pronounced Indian accent. He asserted that the warranty for my washing machine had expired and that I owed a fee for its upkeep. To be honest, I'm convinced this is a scam! Beware of these tricksters trying to take your hard-earned cash!

Got a missed call from this number. When I rang back, it turned out to be some kind of recorded message from Home Shield Direct. Definitely a SCAM - loads of others have reported getting calls from them too!

Number rang but I didn’t pick up as it showed up as unknown, and they didn’t leave a voicemail either.

I got a call but the person hung up as soon as I picked up. When I rang back, an automated voice said it was from "Home Shield" and told me to email them if I wanted to stop the calls. So I just blocked the number.
