On the afternoon of Thursday the 23rd of January 2020, my phone went off. I couldn’t make head nor tail of what the caller was on about as they sounded like they were talking about bets or something similar. I just hung up without a word. Later, I checked 1471 and it told me I got a call at 14:39. The message said to press 3 if I wanted to ring back.

Today my phone rang and as soon as I picked up the caller just disconnected. I didn’t say anything. I think I’ve seen this number pop up a few times before.

So this persistent lady calls again, this time from a new number, saying “your Amazon account has issues, press 1 to talk to a manager!” Yeah right, no way I’m falling for that. It’s the second time she’s tried this nonsense. Absolute muppet!
