I've received calls from this number a few times now. When I answer and say 'hello', there's a brief silence, then some robotised voice just blurts out 'goodbye' before hanging up. Feels like it's some sort of system checking when people are actually in, maybe so telemarketers can ring later about things like oven cleaning or other services.
