Whenever I try calling it back, it just tells me I’ve got the wrong number. Proper frustrating!

I've blocked this number, but it still keeps calling me nonstop. It never actually says anything or leaves a voicemail, just stays silent with a weird buzzing sound, and leaves my phone tied up for ages like five minutes or so. No idea who's behind it, just annoying white noise the whole time.
