Oh, what a nuisance! It’s definitely a con!

This is clearly a con; they've rung me from over twenty different numbers, sometimes twice a day! I usually let my phone pick up calls and send them to voicemail, and it’s always the same – they just hang up.

Had a call from some chap named Joseph claiming to be from an energy firm. Typical dodgy call, I said my piece about him deceiving folks and promptly added him to my block list. Seriously, where are the Telephone Preference Service when you need them?

I received a fraudulent energy-related call that turned out to be a pre-recorded message. If you engage with it, it merely skips to another canned response. After a handful of attempts, you begin to notice the same phrases repeating. It really doesn’t make a difference if you ask them to back off; they just keep calling. Absolutely infuriating!

I had a rather peculiar experience with my so-called local energy consultant, Peter. When I inquired about his location, he seemed rather put out. Despite my repeated requests for clarity on where he was calling from, he abruptly decided to end the conversation. Quite the unexpected turn of events!

Just had a pair of dodgy calls from 01708983107 about a solar energy con and another from 01270916305 regarding some utility nonsense. They both rang within the space of a minute, which seems too coincidental to me. I reckon it’s probably the same bunch of scoundrels as before!

I received a rather dubious phone call the other day from a so-called "Peter," who seemed to be an AI speaking on the line. Quite amusingly, it insisted multiple times that it was genuine without me even questioning it. The conversation revolved around loft insulation of all things, and before I knew it, it started prying into my age range. Classic scam operation if you ask me!
