I received a call regarding a warranty for my washing machine. They initially addressed me by my maiden name- a bit odd, as it's quite ancient history- and then switched to my first name, which was eerily the same as my late grandmother’s, who sadly passed away fifteen years ago and whose home I currently reside in. It’s rather peculiar that the warranty supposedly signed last year has already expired. Seems dodgy to me!
