No idea who called me, they just left a voicemail saying I was charged £79.99 and told me to press 1 or whatever. I ignored it and just deleted the message. I’m not even signed up for Amazon Prime, but a mate of mine, who has it, got the same message and got a bit anxious. Luckily, he didn’t press anything either.

I received an automated call claiming that my National Insurance number was implicated in some nefarious actions, threatening that it would face suspension and my funds would be frozen. They instructed me to press 1 to connect with someone, but I decided to hang up immediately!
