Got a call from a private number and the person said they were calling on behalf of TalkTalk, but they were using this number.

I've had calls from this number and a blocked one loads of times, like at least five today. The person on the other end claims to be from TalkTalk and says there's a virus on my laptop. Thing is, I don't even own a laptop! I've told them to stop but they just keep ringing me non-stop. It's so annoying.
