I got a call from someone claiming my analogue phone line was about to be cut off. They said they were from Openreach but actually mentioned Onecom. Sussed it was either a scam or some dodgy tactic trying to rope in business clients.

Got a call from someone saying they were from EE and that it was urgent we talk about something. Didn’t buy it, just ended the call - definitely a scam!

Got a call from someone saying they were with Vodafone, offering some fancy business plans. I told them I only spend about £5 a month on pay as you go and if they could beat that, I’d be interested. Let the person ramble on with their sales pitch for a couple of minutes before I just ended the call. Blocked their number straight away!
