When I checked, no one was actually there.7 yearsSo yeah, I was rushing and couldn’t pull off my full plan which was to say something like “Oh yes, my computer’s lovely and shiny with a massive screen, and when I type, words magically appear, plus I can see loads of nice pictures.” Then I’d just waffle on for ages, and if they asked more, I was gonna say “Just a sec, let me check on that now,” and keep dragging it out. I was curious to see how long they’d put up with it before hanging up. Also, how come they seem proper far away but still use a UK number?
