On the 8th of March 2019 at eleven in the morning, I received a rather suspicious call. The caller claimed to be from Microsoft, stating there was an issue with my computer. When I attempted to end the conversation by saying “goodbye,” he promptly rang back, adamant that I needed to hear him out. Quite amusingly, he had a foreign accent yet introduced himself with a distinctly British name! Definitely feels like a scam to me!

Received a call where there was nothing but silence, though I could faintly pick up some sounds reminiscent of an office environment in the background. Quite odd indeed!
