Got a call from someone saying they were AMAZON PRIME, telling me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel my subscription. When I hit 1, it looped me back to the same message saying it was Amazon Prime. Pressing again finally connected me to a woman speaking with a Chinese accent. She asked me to let her access my computer to "help me cancel" the subscription. I asked which device I used Prime on - TV, tablet, phone, or computer - and she seemed totally lost. I told her I'd just stop the direct debit myself and didn’t need her assistance. She insisted I had to give her computer access. I asked her how she’d get my money if I stopped the direct debit. After that, she just hung up. I don’t even have a Prime membership.
