They claimed to be from O2 but I don’t think that was true at all. Seemed a bit dodgy and just trying to pull a fast one. Definitely wouldn’t trust that call was actually from them.

This company has rung me 27 times already and I haven’t picked up once. Can’t believe they’re allowed to keep on doing this. Honestly, I’m so over them constantly ringing me 😞

Got a call from someone claiming to be with O2, telling me my contract was finishing soon and asked if I wanted to upgrade. Then they tried to find out how much I’m paying right now. I quickly saw they didn’t have any of my proper account info, so I said I wasn’t interested in chatting about it today. Told them I was happy sticking with my current cheaper deal. They just hung up on me abruptly, no thanks or goodbye at all. Honestly, really poor manners. O2 should really know this company isn’t exactly great at looking after customers.

I attempted to return the call, and a voice named Hannah answered, asking how she could assist me. Oddly enough, it was she who rang me-twice, in fact!
