I received a call from someone claiming to be with O2. They informed me that my contract was coming to a close and inquired if I was interested in upgrading. When they asked about my current payment, it struck me that they didn’t possess any of my account details. I politely declined to continue the conversation, expressing that I was content with my existing phone plan at a lower rate for the time being. To my surprise, they ended the call without so much as a thank you or goodbye. Quite frankly, it was rather off-putting, and I believe O2 ought to take note that this sort of behaviour reflects poorly on their customer service standards.

I attempted to return the call, and a voice named Hannah answered, asking how she could assist me. Oddly enough, it was she who rang me-twice, in fact!
