I’m pretty sure the calls I got were some sort of scam. Over the past few days, I’ve had 4 calls from different numbers - a couple from Bournemouth, one from Scotland, and another local one from Crewe. Each time, they claimed that someone was attempting to take a big amount of money from my bank account. They never mentioned my actual account number though. Naturally, I didn’t trust them and have already contacted my bank to check everything’s fine.
