I had a rather frustrating experience when I rang Laststop Consultants. I started a conversation, but the person they were supposed to connect me with was unavailable. To my surprise, they ended the call abruptly before we could finish discussing anything. Quite rude, if you ask me! They also seem to disregard the Telephone Preference Service guidelines.
