I got a call from someone with an accent I think was Asian, saying there was an update for my phone that could stop annoying calls. The number showed with my local 01270 area code, which made me think it was legit, but I suppose they can fake that easily these days. Anyway, I told them I wasn’t interested and hung up straight away.
