I believe this lot are a mobile phone retail outfit, trying to entice us into terminating our current contract and signing up for a fresh one. As soon as we expressed our hesitations about divulging personal details over the phone, the chap got a tad irritable, boasting how he was affiliated with one of the biggest mobile providers in the UK, as if that made it any better. That's when I noticed his voice shift to that familiar, dismissive tone that screams, “I’m hanging up on you now.”
