I told him we’re already signed up with another firm and happy with their service, but he kept going on, sort of talking down to me and questioning why we stick with our current provider instead of switching to his. I stayed calm and explained nicely that the call was unwelcome and that we’ve been using this setup for yonks, the bosses are pleased, and it suits us fine.
