I got a call from DJ Finance who said they're working for Exemplar Education. Apparently they've been chasing me for a debt from an account I cancelled ages ago, well within the 14 day cooling off period. I even got my money refunded by Exemplar, so this demand makes no sense. From what I've read about Exemplar, this kind of mix-up happens a lot with them. To try and sort it, I ended up giving out my personal details over the phone to this collection agency, even though I'd never heard of them before and the call totally caught me off guard. Honestly, it's not on at all!
