I truly appreciate you highlighting this issue during your conversation with Sarah earlier. I must apologise for the anonymous message that our call centre has sent; it’s certainly not ideal. I’ll ensure that changes are made right away so that we clearly identify ourselves in any future messages and provide a contact number for those wishing to make an appointment. The call centre in question also caters to various other businesses, which I cannot control, but I’ll definitely inform them about how bothersome this practice can be.
