Oggi ho visto due chiamate perse da un numero che dice Bangor, MA. Ma cos'è sto Bangor? Non avevo mai sentito nominare quel posto e infatti mi ha sorpreso che qualcuno da lì mi chiamasse, davvero strano.

This number rang me and I ended up chatting with a lady named Elizabeth who said she's handling the PPI claim I've lodged with RBS (which is true, I've got one through the Financial Ombudsman). Not sure if it’s a bit fishy since I was told I'd get a call. When I didn’t want to share personal info, she was fine with me ringing back using the number on my letter, so it didn’t seem shady. The only issue now is, I can’t seem to find that letter anywhere to verify with them! :/
