Absolutely dreadful experience with a rather brash and uncouth cold caller who had the audacity to inquire if I’d ever considered payment protection. I calmly explained that I'd already navigated that whole saga and had successfully claimed my funds-last one landing in my account about a year ago when they enforced a new rule requiring banks to cough up more dosh, which was a pleasant surprise! Then he had the nerve to suggest I could be entitled to even more money. I reiterated that I’d received the maximum amount and wasn’t eligible for anything additional, yet he persisted! Honestly mate, pick your battles-know when to throw in the towel. Awful salesman, really. It’s baffling that they think irritating potential clients is an effective strategy. Suffice to say, I was beyond frustrated. Number's now blocked. Utter muppets. Payment Protection Insurance? No chance! Time to seek out a proper vocation, or at the very least, hone your craftsmanship!
