I just received a call from someone claiming they were handling a Road Traffic Accident claim for me, supposedly from the last three years. The problem is, I've not lodged any such claim! When I probed them about how they acquired my information, they abruptly cut the line. They identified themselves as being from Albany Assist, but I seriously doubt that’s the case. - caller: Albany Assist

Didn’t bother leaving a message. They rang me at 2 am while I was on the night shift. Some automated voice with an American twang blaring about how ‘your call is important to us…’ Sounds like just another dodgy cold-calling sales line that can safely be ignored.
