Got a call from 01270260834 saying they were from some energy company’s customer service. Didn’t really pay attention at first but then the bloke asked if I was the homeowner. I told him no way and asked what he wanted. Oddly enough, he just ended the call. Pretty sure it’s a scam, so I’ve blocked the number now.

Sounds like a total scam to me - someone pretending to be from HMRC threatening legal steps against me. Definitely dodgy!
