I answered the phone and the bloke said someone was supposedly paying for life insurance. I called him out as a dishonest scammer and told him to get lost. I didn’t have the time to deal with it any longer. He gave me a nasty look before I ended the call.

So I just pick up the phone and stay silent, don’t say a word, just keep it going. Eventually it drains their minutes and they stop calling me. Been trying this with spam callers and it really does the trick after a few times. Hope it helps you too!
