The person was super friendly on the call until they asked for £400 upfront to release my cash. I told them I was a bit suspicious while on the phone, and they tried to send me to some government site that seemed legit, but I wasn’t totally sure. So I looked up the phone number on Google during the call, and when I mentioned all the negative reviews, they just hung up. They kept promising me thousands of pounds, but like the saying goes, if it sounds way too good to be true, it probably is. Really glad I listened to my gut. Best to steer clear of these lot.

Got a call from this number and after looking it up here, I chose not to pick up. When I rang it back, someone answered as Your Money Rights. According to the Companies House site, the details are: Company number 06728950, address 14 High Street, Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, SA18 2LY. Director listed is Richard Jones. Business type (SIC) 96090, which says 'Other service activities not elsewhere classified' - whatever that’s supposed to mean. My advice: just block the number.
