He kept insisting he’d got the details on his screen but couldn’t tell me ‘cos it’d be breaking the law or something. He was trying to find out who my insurer was, how much I paid, and what I’d get out of it all. That only came up after I dropped a hint about not having a mortgage, so obviously that’s not what I was insured for. Poor guy, I had him going on for ages.
