I got a call from 1269 526757 and it was definitely a scam, some recorded message by someone speaking English but with an accent. The message said something like "your TalkTalk internet is about to be disconnected, press 1 to talk to us or press 2 to stop it". Don’t press any buttons! Just leave it be and after a bit you’ll hear a beep which means the call ended. Then just hang up by putting your phone down or pressing the red end call button.

Just got a call claiming to be TalkTalk's tech team, saying my internet would be cut off today. They told me to wait and not do anything but sure enough, the service stopped working moments later. Total scam if you ask me.
