Sure, they’ve got work to do, but when you say no, you’d expect some manners instead of just hanging up on you like that. Proper rude behaviour.

i'm so fed up with all these life insurance calls! they ring me like 3 times daily and it's just annoying. these telemarketing firms probably get our numbers from the phone companies and then just keep bugging us non stop. honestly, there ought to be some law to stop this annoying practice. it's just harassment!

I rang back but used a private number, then there was this recorded message asking me to "review my life." After that, it transferred me to some call centre. Quite odd, really.
