I received a call from someone purporting to be from a housing association's repairs department. However, I’ve never come across them before. I own my property outright, so this seems rather dodgy to me!

Got a ring from some outfit called the "Housing Disrepair Association" which I'd never come across before. They told me my house was fine, no issues at all, and then just ended the call out of the blue.
