Somebody named Ella rang me from First Line about some Power of Attorney thing. She said she’d talked to me earlier, but I cut her off to say I already told her I wasn’t interested and to stop calling. I could still hear her babbling after I hung up. The first time she rang was from a mobile too. I’ve blocked both numbers now. cp

Got a call from someone claiming they wanted to discuss my broadband, but when I tried calling the number back on a different phone, it just said the number was no longer active.

I don’t normally pick up calls from unknown numbers, but since I was expecting a few important ones, I answered this time. The background noise made me think it was someone from a call centre.
