Had a call from a woman with a kinda American accent warning me my internet with BT was about to get disconnected unless I got in touch soon. She told me to press 1 to speak with BT or 2 if I wanted the internet cut off. I didn’t press anything and just waited till the call stopped on its own and then it ended. My advice? Don’t answer or just hang up, it’s definitely a scam from someone pretending to be BT.
