Someone rang me saying they were from Wren kitchens and wanted "security" details to verify me. I told them, "You called me, so prove who YOU are" and then they just hung up. Next day, another call from the same number. This site shows it's a Basildon number, but two different men with Indian accents and fake English names used it. I’m a recent Wren customer and they've told me this isn’t their number, so I’m considering legal action against them for supposedly selling my info to these scammers.

Got a call from 01268 919670 saying it was from the Trauma Centre? The moment I picked up, the call cut off straight away. The system said "Caller ID is fake. Call ended." So heads up, don’t pick up this number. It’s really frustrating cos this could’ve stopped a real emergency call coming through.

Find the section for ‘report a phishing attempt’ and carefully read what they say there. Fill in the form with as much detail as you can, including any links or sites mentioned in the message. You don’t have to sign up or give personal info unless you’ve actually lost money. The more reports the police get, the better chance they have of tracking and stopping these scammers, so don’t ignore it!

He's got a criminal record for scamming and his address is 21a Plymouth Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF.
