I found out I was one of the few homeowners who could get funding to improve their windows, conservatory, soffits, fascias and guttering - seemed like a win at first. But it wasn’t so great after all when I answered the phone, thinking it was a genuine call. Turns out, not so lucky.

They ring, but the moment I pick up it’s like they just hang up straight away, never leaving a message. Such a nuisance!
