It appears this number is linked to a travel inn located in Essex. I'm left wondering why on earth they feel the need to call us every single day!

Received a call from this Travel Inn yesterday, and they greeted us by our first names. We simply put the phone down without continuing the conversation.

Blimey, we too received an unexpected call! We answered on the very first ring, only to be greeted by a right racket on the other end, and then they hung up on us! Last week, we did manage to secure a room in London, but had to call that off. As a result, we nearly forgot our mobile in the process. What a bother it all is!

At the weekend, we took part in a holiday quiz over at Tesco. I have this feeling it might be related in some way.

It appears to be a sort of call centre. They left us a voicemail that was just five minutes of incessant noise in the background!

Two days back, our mate filled out a survey in the car park of Asda, all about holidays! Feels linked to this. I can’t fathom how our number got into the mix! But there we have it. We gave the number a bell and can confirm the chatter regarding Club Costa! It's clearly some sort of timeshare scheme-steer clear of it!!!!

I've been receiving at least five calls each day on my mobile for the past week. I'm completely baffled about who these folks are and what they might be after. It's nothing short of a mystery!

I recently received the same ring. We decided to return the call, which lasted around three minutes. As soon as the line was answered, we were greeted with "Club La Costa" and told it was in connection with a survey I had participated in. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to provide us with any additional details, merely stating that they would call us back!

I received a phone call earlier today, and I can confirm it’s definitely from the Travel Inn.

In reference to our previous findings: additional research has indeed verified that this number is associated with the despicable bunch known as Club La Costa. Should you wish to send them a few 'thought-provoking messages', here’s the address for your convenience: Club La Costa Safestore Premises Crompton Close Basildon Essex SS14 3AY It's interesting to note that this address pops up on a variety of hotel booking websites. However, the fact that it includes 'Safestore Premises' raises our suspicions significantly.

We've experienced something similar; our mate was utterly convinced there was nothing amiss because he'd received one himself. I'm a bit stuck on what sort of advice to offer him, to be honest.

Received a call on my mobile claiming I'd participated in a survey and had been entered into a holiday prize draw. Apparently, I’m wished good luck! I've promptly saved the number as spam.

Earlier today, I received three calls from that number, all of which I declined without hesitation. Normally, such calls would go directly to our voicemail, but strangely, no message was left by the callers. If they were genuinely serious about reaching us, surely they would have taken the time to drop a message. It's reassuring to read everyone else's thoughts on this. We won't be answering their calls anytime soon; hopefully, they’ll tire and stop trying!

We received yet another nuisance call, so we decided to use a work phone that doesn’t have call blocking enabled. We gave them a ring and firmly instructed them to remove our details from their lists. We even provided them with our mobile number, and up to now, we haven't had any further calls. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

We received a call on our Skype number from this lot. We didn't pick up, as we weren't around, but I felt compelled to look them up to find out who they were. I seriously doubt our number is publicly available, so it seemed like just a cold call. I'm quite sure they're not conducting any kind of survey. Anyway, since we reside in Gibraltar, their timeshare services are of absolutely no use to us, but I do intend to have a bit of a laugh before we set them straight on that! :)

I’ve just received a call from this number and decided to look it up. One of the hits pointed to the Campanile Hotel in Basildon, where we spent a night about two years back! We never bother with those hotel feedback forms, so it must mean that whoever was calling got our number straight from the hotel. Quite curious, isn’t it?
