They keep ringing up saying they’re from some energy saving trust, but it’s not true. The calls just don’t stop and even registering with the TPS doesn’t seem to help at all. Honestly, the best thing is just to ignore these numbers. Loads of similar ones come through too, all from the same bunch.

Got a really cheeky bloke on the phone asking if I owned the house, trying to pitch solar panels. He wouldn’t stop talking long enough for me to say anything, so I had to raise my voice and tell him, “No thanks, I’ve already got solar panels! Got a call claiming to be from a firm opening a branch nearby for window replacements. I played along for a bit. The guy said my windows were "envious" of the front door and should be swapped out. Just got a call about some driveway thing or other. I told them I wasn’t sure what they meant, then I ended the call. Haven’t had that kind of call before, bit odd really.

Got a call from a bloke named John, said he was ringing from the Driveway Centre. I told him straight away I wasn’t interested in buying anything. Then he started talking about some special deal they’ve got and asked how old my driveway is. I replied I haven’t a clue and told him again I’m not interested before hanging up. My number is supposed to be private, so how on earth do these dodgy callers get hold of it?

My landline usually just goes straight to voicemail. I noticed this number pop up on the display and let it ring out. As expected, the call stopped abruptly and no message was left! Big thanks again to "Who called me" for the help!
