The person on the line queried whether I was the homeowner, mentioning my address accurately. Upon asking for clarification, he assured me it wasn’t a sales spiel. I informed him that I was out for the day and unable to chat. He mentioned he would try again later and then promptly disconnected. Since then, there's been radio silence.
