It's Smith's Windows we're talking about. We had a job done by them, but I wouldn't consider using their services again. Yet, their sales team won't stop ringing us! It's rather unhelpful. You'd think they'd have the sense to stop after the service we received. The workmanship wasn’t impressive, and their follow-up care left much to be desired. Quite frankly, they ought to be more aware of their customers' experiences!
