Really frustrating lot. They rang me up claiming they’d installed my windows before, which was a lie, just to pitch for a porch job. I said sure, unless they could be quick as I was busy, but they left me hanging for weeks without getting back. When they finally showed up, they dragged it out ages, doing all that ‘checking with the boss about the discount’ nonsense. Then, the same day I got like five calls from them, and they’re still ringing me even a month on.
