Today, this number has rung us more than eight times without leaving a single voicemail. It's just an array of missed calls, rather puzzling to say the least!

I received a call from this number, and they mentioned they were linking us with an agent. However, we were left hanging on hold for ages, only to be told, “Apologies, all our agents are currently occupied. We’ll try to get back to you later!” Now, it seems like they're ringing me up just to put me on hold again!

Received a message allegedly from these individuals, but we hung up straightaway. We’re quite wary of calls displaying a recorded number, to be honest.

I've had a whole load of missed calls from this number. I've never had any dealings with EON, so it raised my eyebrows a bit. I decided to ring them back, and their representatives claimed they handle matters regarding outstanding debts. I'm quite sceptical about that - there's no chance I'm sharing any personal information with a number I can't identify. I suggested they send me something in writing to validate who they really are before I entertain anything further!

I received a call from this number, but it turned out to be an automated voice asking us to confirm our identity by saying either 'yes' or 'no'. We ended up hanging up, suspecting it might be a scam or something dodgy. Having read the previous message, it now all clicks into place since we do have an unpaid bill after switching from Eon to Npower. The funny thing is, we had already settled that outstanding payment a few weeks prior to the call!

Gave us a bell earlier on, claiming I owe them £167 for just two days’ worth of gas and electric. Honestly, how on earth could I have racked up such a sum in such a short time? They’re insisting on having the full amount right away. We told them where to shove it, but I reckon that's not quite the response they were expecting! Pure comedy, really! 😂

Had a right nuisance of a day with these blokes ringing me multiple times. I swear, we don’t owe anyone a penny, and we've never partnered with EON for energy. Just more shenanigans from these dodgy utility firms, if you ask me.

It definitely appears to be a rather abrupt call from UDF. It gives off the impression of being a bit of cold calling, doesn’t it?

Cheers, everyone. I received a call today from these folks, and apparently, we owe them £76. I’m currently on a meter plan, you see. It’s quite puzzling, really, as we recently switched to a different company. Isn’t that odd? I’m not convinced I should even settle this bill, considering I’m already paying through the meter.

I received a call from these folks, and we thought it was just another unsolicited sales pitch, so we cut the line. However, after seeing what others had posted, it jogged my memory that we’ve been with Eon for the past three weeks and had settled our bill ages ago.

I received a call from this number, and the individuals on the other end claimed they were linking me to an agent. However, I was left dangling on hold for quite some time and then told, "Apologies, but all our agents are currently tied up; we shall get back to you." Now they're calling me again just to put me on hold!

This number has been ringing us incessantly, and we chose not to respond. After perusing the comments above, it seems it’s Eon trying to chase me for a payment, simply because I made an online inquiry about switching my services. Clearly, this company could do with a serious lesson in customer service!

Received a few calls from this number today, and then another one ending in 021 shortly after. Since discovering this site a couple of weeks back, I’ve taken to searching all unknown numbers here and never bother answering them. I’ve never had any dealings with Eon, so I can’t fathom what these callers are after. If I do ever respond without asking who’s on the line, I’ll definitely tell them to shove off. Quite straightforward, really!

Cheers, everyone! I had a call today from these folks. Apparently, we owe them £76, but I'm on a prepayment meter. It's strange, isn't it? We switched over to a different company, and now this is happening. I really don’t think I should be liable to pay, considering I'm already settling my bill through the meter.

When we answered the phone, we were met with a pre-recorded message from a certain Jacqueline Hale at UDS, relaying that there was an important message for us. The call insisted we confirm our identity by either saying "yes" or pressing a number. We were then assured we would be connected to the next operator, but alas, the call dropped before we could even get through. Quite frustrating, I must say!

I just had a call from something that seemed like Co rang UDS, and I thought I'd share a bit about it. It turns out these chaps are from the collections department of Powergen or Eon. If your bills are overdue and have already gone past that point of red notifications, then these are the folks who'll be chasing you for payments! They often try to introduce themselves as an independent debt collection agency, but the truth is they're really just Powergen staff pretending to be something else. Hope this sheds some light on the matter! Cheers!

I received a call from this number, and it turned out to be an automated voice asking us to confirm our identity. We promptly hung up, suspecting it was some sort of scam. Now, having seen the previous message, it all clicks into place, as we do have an outstanding balance after our switch from Eon to Npower. The funny thing is, we had already settled that payment online just a few weeks before they called us!
