The bizarre thing is, I don’t even have such a policy! She claimed I forked out £120 in 2020 for a three-year contract. When I pointed out that this was untrue and asked her to cancel whatever I never signed up for, she then informed me that I'd be slapped with an £84 cancellation fee. I firmly declined and was told it would be deducted from my account regardless. I checked with my bank, and they have no record of any transaction from 2020 regarding this.
