They said we already had insurance through them, offering two years free via the seller, but then said we'd owe for another five years after that. We told them we weren't interested, but they hit us with an £85 cancellation charge. Total scam! We never bought a thing during that time. They also asked for our bank info, which made us even more suspicious.

What a terrible business! They kept ringing my elderly neighbour, who's over 80, trying to persuade her she either had insurance on her kitchen stuff already or that she really ought to get it. Proper cheeky messing with old folks like that!

Today I got five calls from them. When I picked up, they kept insisting I had an insurance policy with them. I told them I didn’t, but they just wouldn't accept it and I ended up hanging up. Not long after, they called again, so I warned them I'd call the police if they kept bothering me. Right after that, the line went dead.

Got a call around 5:30pm from this person claiming I’d talked to someone from their team last December, which I hadn’t a clue about. I told her straight, then she hung up. Then she called right back saying I had home insurance with them, which is rubbish, so I cut her off. She tried again after but I just ignored it.
