Received a call claiming to be from Hilton Honors, asserting they needed to chat about our account. They asked for our name and address for security purposes. However, when I contacted Hilton Honors directly, they had no knowledge of this at all. Quite suspicious if you ask me!

Had a bit of a tiff regarding a ring from the folks at Hilton Honours, claiming they needed to have a natter with us about our account. They were asking for our name and address to ‘confirm our identity’, which didn’t sit right with us. When we chatted to a Hilton Honours representative, they seemed completely bewildered by the whole affair. It’s quite the bother, these callers keep interrupting us, sometimes ringing as many as ten times a day!
