This Aqua lot, ever since they took over, act like rules don’t apply to them. My card’s interest rate shot up from 30% to 47% out of nowhere, and they won’t do a thing to fix it. Now they send out statements on the actual payment day, so you’re bound to be charged extra. I’ve complained loads but all they do is send the same reply - something about me agreeing to those T&Cs. That’s rubbish, they just switched them to rip me off more.

Got a call from the number mentioned, they said they were Aqua?? I had already spoken to Aqua earlier today so I found it fishy. When I answered, the bloke just went straight to “Aqua here, what’s your card number?” No safety questions, didn’t even ask for my name?? When I asked if they wanted my name and told them my info should be on their system, he cut me off. I’ve put the number on my block list now.

It's the dregs from ARGOS MasterCard collections, and goodness, they are relentless! These chaps seem to think it's perfectly fine to bombard me with calls at all sorts of times: 8:30 in the morning, then again at 9:40, 10:30, 11:50 - you get the picture. They even keep at it right through the day until nearly 9 o'clock at night! They first ring my mobile, and shortly after that, my landline gets a call too. I've heard from Ofcom that if debt collectors ring more than twice a day, that's classified as harassment. We've made it abundantly clear to these chuffers that we’re grappling with financial difficulties and that we’d prefer all correspondence in writing, but they just don’t seem to take the hint. It's unbelievably frustrating!
