I received a rather unsettling call regarding a double glazing inquiry. The caller seemed to be aware of my name and mentioned having an appointment scheduled with Anglian - all very strange! They also had my full address and postcode, which was quite concerning. After I hung up, they attempted to ring me back twice more, but I decided to block the number. Smith's Glass, avoid at all costs. They put in windows at my place that were really poor quality and refused to sort out the problems even though it was under warranty.
